All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days
(excluding weekends and holidays)
after receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@iboomshop.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes:

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.

  • Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items within 1 hour after the order is placed. After this period, the purchase will be processed, and it will no longer be possible to cancel the product. In this case, you will need to wait for the product to be delivered to your residence and you will have up to 7 days from the date of order receipt to initiate a return for a refund or store credit. Any returns not made within this period will be rejected. Due to the customized nature of some of our handmade products, we cannot accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade items. Please send us an email as soon as possible to contact@iboomshop.com with the order number  Please refer to our return policy.
